Car Hire Shortages Again This Year

Car hire companies are forecasting there will again be shortages of cars for hire in holiday destinations this year.
In June last year The Car Hub warned motorists that due to the financial downturn in the economy there would be shortages in the coming summer rent a car availability. Our forecast was proved correct with widespread shortages ranging from cheap car hire to the top end of the market.

Toyota Cars Recall – Insurance Danger.

What a problem it’s turning out to be if you are a Toyota car owner.
With over 180,000 UK cars across its full range awaiting recall for modifying a sticky accelerator pedal there is now a further dilemma they face.

The Nissan Juke, Is UGLY Now IN?

It seems that since Nissan launched their Nissan Juke this week there’s more talk of how this vehicle looks than how it performs.
Nissan have taken a very bold step her in subtly asking the question, would you drive an ugly vehicle?
The Japanese car maker are hoping motorists will look past its exterior and view this crossover for what it is, an affordable (aka cheapish), small vehicle which can just as easily be used on city streets by young urbanites in addition to grown-ups in rural areas.

The Renault Wind (In Your Hair)...

Revealed today are the first pictures of the new Renault Wind coupe roadster for 2 people (no +2 here) which will have to compete against the established Peugeot 207CC, Nissan Micra C+C and Mitsubishi’s CZC. The official unveiling of this new Renault will be at the Geneva motor show next month.
