The three big issues that car buyers have in their favour at this moment are:-

Between January and June this year the Office of Fair Trading received more than 38,000 complaints relating to faults on second hand cars bought from traders.
Complaints about second hand cars have now overtaken those relating to mobile phones and televisions.

The closure of the recent scrappage deal between government and car manufacturers at the end of March has sparked some car manufacturers to offer exciting deals on some of the their new and used car models.
