According to leaked documents released on the internet the spec. for the new Honda CR-Z sports hybrid, which will go on sale next April at a cost of £18,000 will be:-
Engine: 1.5 litre i-VTEC four cylinder with a 113bhp output @ 6,000rpm and 107lb/ft @ 4,800.
Acceleration: 0-62 = 9.7secs.
Dimensions: L = 4080mm. H = 1395mm. W = 1740mm.
HONDAS were named Britain’s most reliable cars yesterday after a massive survey of motorists.
The Japanese giant got four of eight top spots in individual categories after 10,000 drivers were polled by Which? magazine.
Its Jazz model topped the supermini sector, the Civic was No 1 in the medium car category, while it also had the safest people carrier and 4x4 with its FR-V and CR-V.
Ford was the only non-Asian brand in the top ten, while Land Rovers were LEAST reliable.
The poll also revealed faulty engine electrics caused most breakdowns.
